(ON Only) Edit Patient Information

The Edit button in the Patient tab allows you to edit the patient information such as, Name, Health#, phone#, Birth Date, etc. This information will be immediately updated in the Medication Review App as well as the Patient folder in PharmaClik Rx.

Note: If you are completing a Diabetes Annual or a Diabetes Follow-Up medication review, you must include the patient's BMI. The patient's BMI will automatically be calculated when you enter their height and weight.

To Edit Patient Information:

1. Select the Patient tab.
2. In the ‘Patient Information’ section, select the Edit button.

3. In the 'Patient Information' window, enter the required information. This information will be immediately written back to PharmaClik Rx.
4. Select the Save button.
